Do you offer a repair and resoling service?
Yes, we offer a full refurbishment service at our Northampton factory. This includes a full resole and heel replacement using original factory lasts to ensure the shape is preserved.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
We accept returns within 28 days of receipt, provided the shoes are in unworn, pristine condition and in their original packaging. Please ensure you try them on a carpeted surface.
How do I determine my correct size and fit?
Our shoes are available in various lasts and width fittings (typically E or F). We provide a detailed sizing guide on our website, but we recommend visiting a retail store for a professional fitting.
